Did he Died? [Kiku] Empty
PostSubject: Did he Died? [Kiku]   Did he Died? [Kiku] EmptyMon Apr 16, 2012 10:45 am

Matthew was tired. He was walking slowly downstairs from a tiring day spent with his tiresome brother, doing tiring activities like play on the Wii and attempt to bake cupcakes while playing on the Wii. To reiterate; He was really god damn tired. He was planning on getting back to his place and lying down and going to sleep on the closest soft surface he could find. Probably the couch. He was stumbling down the stairs because he didn't think he could stand in the elevator for so long without dozing off.

As he walked, he vaguely noticed that there was someone at the bottom of the staircase he was descending. However, Matthew was sure he didn't recognize this boy, so he dismissed it. Brushed the feeling aside. Though as he did so, he felt as though he'd brushed off more than just a thought, more like his entire brain. And the rest of him. And suddenly... He was floating. Looking down, he saw himself, tumbling. Well that was odd. Maybe he was so tired, his body gave up and went to sleep, but his mind decided to stay awake a little longer. Either way, Matthew wasn't tired any more. He was very alert and very, very confused, as he watched himself hit the man he had been previously thinking about.

Smack. Right in the face (Both faces, his and the man's). Matthew raised what he assumed was an arm and looked at where he assumed it should be. He saw a transparent arm, as though he was a ghost. Maybe he died! He opened his mouth and tried to speak. He could speak, as it turned out, when his "Hello?" echoed back at him, rather distant and airy. He looked at the man who he hit, and stood in front of him to see if the man would see this form. It didn't seem like it. Nor did it seem like he heard Matthew. Well then. He must be utterly. Royally. Screwed.

Did he Died? [Kiku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Did he Died? [Kiku]   Did he Died? [Kiku] EmptyWed Apr 18, 2012 11:36 am

Kiku was walking back to his apartment after a walk to the park. He enjoyed sitting on a bench watching the sun go down. It was the same yet different than watching the sun go down back in Japan. It still had the same beauty as it always did, but never the same atmosphere. The sun almost felt like it was an unknown presence, as though it weren't the same sun that had set in Japan.

Such thoughts aside, Kiku felt pleasantly tired as he walked up to the bottom stairs. He preferred not to take the elevator after his twilight strollings as the stairs added a nice, appeasing feeling to it. A feeling that completely went away as he found himself slapped in the face.

Kiku recoiled when his was hit in the face, forced to take a few steps back. "Itai!" he cried out, reverting to his Japanese for a moment before he recovered and rubbed his cheek. "I'm sorry for bumping into you," he began before his eyes widened at the man collapsed on the floor. He crouched down by the unmoving man, not knowing what to do. He gingerly took the man's wrist and felt for a pulse, which he did find. Now the question was what to do. Kiku couldn't just leave him there!

Wrapping the unconscious man's arm around his neck, Kiku exhaled and carried, or dragged as the case may be considering the Asian man was much shorter, the man to his apartment. Not liking to be so close to the man, Kiku gave a humorous impression of trying to keep as far away from the man and still hold him up. Luckily, they were on the floor which his room dwell. The tricky part, however, was getting the key in the keyhole, which he managed to do without dropping the man.

Kiku placed the mysterious man on the couch next to the door, wondering if he should go get help or not.

Did he Died? [Kiku] Empty

"Well!" Matthew said loudly, seeing as no one would tell him off for being too loud, "Now I'm unconscious and in a stranger's house, this could go so badly." But of course, he knew that the man was just concerned for him, which was nice. But seeing as his body was here, Matthew supposed that allowed him to look around. He just hoped that the man had some sense in him- Matthew had his wallet on him which would give this person his name, and he had his phone in his pocket which would give the stranger his contacts and their phone numbers if he felt it necessary to call somebody to help. Floating around, Matthew decided he liked this house. It had a different layout to his, being on a different side of the building, so it was fun to see where everything was. Sadly, he didn't have the ability to touch things, so pretending to be a restless ghost was out of the question. And, sadly, so was communication.

Floating back down, he decided he might see what would happen if he interacted with his body. Flying through himself... Didn't do anything. He couldn't touch himself at all... And that was all the ideas he had. He sighed and looked himself over. "...Ugh, my hair is a mess. HEY, GUY, got a comb?" ... "I know you can't here me, but maybe you... Have a sixth sense?"

Did he Died? [Kiku] Empty

Kiku blinked and looked around his apartment. That was... strange. He felt something tugging at the back of his mind along with the feeling of being watched, which left goosebumps on his arms. He put his sight back on the mysterious man on his couch. Maybe he had some form of identification? He rummaged though Matthew's pockets, giving a quiet "excuse me" and "my apologies" for invading the man's personal space, even though he probably couldn't hear him.

Feeling leather, Kiku pulled out a wallet and flipped it open. He was immediately greeted the picture of the man. It was a drivers license of such, much different than those in Kiku's home country. 'Matthew Williams' was the man's name, but knowing his name didn't help Kiku at all. He should find someone that does know him. It was safe to assume that he lived in this apartment building considering that was the place he found Matthew, but then a visitor certainly could be a factor.

Shaking his head, Kiku went through another pocket, finding a cell phone. He clicked it, thankful there was no password lock to it. Going through the contacts, he clicked the button to call the first person on the list: Alfred F. Jones. He pressed the phone his ear, hoping this Alfred person would pick up and help both Kiku's and Matthew's situation.

"Sorry, dude! I'm busy and can't come to the phone now! I'm probably out doing something heroic, so it might take a while for me to return the call! Please leave a message after the heroic beep of FREEDOM." *beep*

Completely startled by the loud and obnoxious voice, Kiku quickly clicked the "end" button, not knowing what to say after that kind of message. Kiku looked back at Matthew in concentration. He supposed he could call another number and hopefully find someone calmer, but first he needed to recover from the shock of this Alfred person's message.

Kiku also resisted the sudden urge to find a comb and brush Matthew's hair, almost hitting himself for thinking up such strange and creepy thoughts.

Did he Died? [Kiku] Empty

Matthew watched as the man slowly unraveled the mysteries of his unconscious guest, feeling more relieved now that he'd know something about Matthew in case he didn't wake up... Which was a possibility. A scary possibility. Worry swept over him, and he squirmed uncomfortably in the air. What if he had to be hooked up to a machine, just to be kept alive because he wasn't eating or anything! What if he was already dead, and the body was just slow to stop functioning- but he didn't think it worked like that. But, forgetting that, what would happen when he did wake up? Should he tell the man he was watching, creepily? Or should he say he just passed out for no reason? Would that mean he had to go to the hospital?! Matthew hated hospitals, he scowled and floated around in the air, huffing.

"Hey, uh--" He paused. He wasn't sure what he was going to say; not that it mattered, as no one could hear him, but he was cut off by a tugging sensation in his chest. It made him lurch forward, through the man, and tumble through the air. He was still for a moment, then it happened again, making him cry out in shock. There was a bright light, far too bright to be produced by a light bulb, or stray sunlight filtering through the window. Blinded, he tried to work out what was happening, before the sensation tugged him once more, and he snapped back into his body. It was a lot more noticeable than leaving his body, like his soul was reconnecting to his body, using super-glue, or something like that. His eyes flew open and he sat up, breathing in a shaky breath. He clutched at his chest, out of anxiety more than anything, and turned to look at his 'Rescuer'.

"I-" He began, "I don't- Thank- Woah..." He lay back down slowly as the world tipped, threatening to knock him off the couch.
